We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Domino Ayisyen is a free, browser-based multiplayer domino game designed for the Haitian community. The game connects two real players online for a real-time match of traditional Haitian domino rules.
The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
To use Domino Ayisyen, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age.
- Have a working internet connection and compatible web browser.
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. User Conduct
When using Domino Ayisyen, you agree to:
- Play fairly and in good faith.
- Use only display names that are appropriate and inoffensive.

5. Game Rules
Domino Ayisyen follows traditional Haitian domino rules for a 2-player game:
- Each player receives 7 tiles at the start of the game.
- The player with the highest double plays first and must play that double as the first tile.
- Players take turns placing tiles on either open end of the chain, matching pip values.
- Doubles are placed perpendicular to the chain direction.
- If a player cannot play, they must pass their turn.
- The game ends when a player empties their hand (they win) or when both players are blocked (lowest pip count wins).
The game implementation may differ slightly from informal local variants. We do not guarantee that every regional rule variation is supported.
6. Advertising
Domino Ayisyen displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. These ads help us keep the game free for all users.
- We do not endorse the products or services advertised.
- Ad content is determined by Google's algorithms and your browsing history.
- You may opt out of personalized ads as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Clicking on advertisements is entirely voluntary.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Domino Ayisyen, including but not limited to the game code, design, graphics, domino tile images, and text, is owned by or licensed to Partnox LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the game code or assets without written permission.
- Create derivative works based on our game without authorization.
- Use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service.
The traditional game of dominoes itself is not proprietary, but our specific implementation, artwork, and code are.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
- Any defects or errors will be corrected.
- The Service will be available at any specific time or from any specific location.
- Matches will always be available (depends on other players being online).
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTNOX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed $0.00 (since the Service is free of charge).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
